If you looking for a fitness/recovery certificate, details of height, weight, and photo proof of blood pressure, pulse, and 15 secs full body video of you walking. These are mandatory requirements for the issuance of a Fitness/Sports Medical Certificate.

If you looking for a Form 1A fitness certificate the overall time taken to complete the process is around 72 hours from placing the order.

Our working hours are from 09:00 am IST – 09:00 pm IST (Mon-Sat) | 10:00 am IST – 8:00 pm IST (Sun). Any orders placed before/after working hours will be serviced in the next working slot. In case of a refund/cancellation of the order, a convenience charge will be levied while refunding the amount to the original mode of payment.
